sir i file fir in ipc 354 354 d on a boy ,i mention in fir that he consistently mollest last three month or kidnap me on 10 feb but sir a boy have many recording or whatsup and facbook chat or call recording of 10 feb .so sir if he shown in court what will happend .

Q: Supreme court notice without seal only singed by blue pen

I have received a notice from assistant registrar of Hon'ble Supreme Court for further proceedings in my criminal writ petition. But the letter was only signed by blue pen, it doesn't have any stamp of supreme court. Is it expected.

Dear Client,Usually the Supreme Court registry is very peculiar regarding the notices being served on the litigants but sometimes there are some notices which are left unstamped. It is highly unusual but happens.

Q: Will the summer vacations of court will be part of limitation period

If arbitration has given decision on some issue in June2018. Time limit for challenge the decision in High court is 90 days. My doubt is in June High court is closed due to summer vacation. can this period include in limitation period of 90 days. please explain

Yes, the vacation period of the High Court is counted while dealing with the question of whether the appeal is within limitation or not. But in your case since the decision itself only came in June you don't need to worry about the limitation period.

Q: Regarding the recruitment case in High Court where to inquire

The post advertised by SSC and some candidates already are in over aged bar. so they filed a case at CAT Delhi to allow them in interview. finally they appeared interview. But the result will not come. Finally their case was dismissed by CAT. after that they again filed in High Court. But there is no stay on result in High Court. Is there any possibility to declare result by ssc or it was delayed. Within how many days a legal notice send by the High Court to parties? I hope, I got ur suggestion quickly.

Hi,It is as per the wishes of the High Court to decide whether it wants to send notices to all the parties concerned in the petition or not. There is no fixed duration for this. Usually Delhi high Court provides 4 weeks time to serve notice. Hope this helps.

Is a Hindu wife entitled to maintenance when the separate living is by agreement between the husband and wife and the wife forfeits her claim for maintenance under such agreement

Hi, if the agreement between you and your wife was done in a mediation centre in any of the court complex and the terms of the agreement are not violated by you at any stage then she cannot claim maintenance but if it is a notarized agreement then first check whether the stamp on the agreement is actually from the authorized notary or not.
