Yes, from the girl point of view she can file a complaint to register FIR U/S 376 and 354 of Indian Penal Code. Whereas, from the boy point of view he has only to defend himself properly against the charges framed.
Thank you!

In response to your query it is clear that you were physical with the boy under the false promise extended by the boy that he will marry you. As per your query it is also clear that both of you are adult. Let it be clarified that you being an adult should have taken right decision before being physical with the boy. It is a little bit difficult to prove that you developed physical intimacy due to false promise of the boy. But still go ahead and lodge an FIR against the person and it is possible that he may mend his ways and marry you. Good Luck.

Hello dear client,
Yes you can file a complaint against that man.
And be assure that charges of rape will apply.
You not need to worry about it.
You should provide all the details about your problem to nearest police station or 'MAHILA THANA' of your city.
If police refuse to register your case, you can also file a petition in court under sec 156(3) Cr.P.C. to register your complaint.
All the very best.
