leaving india to study in another country

if i have a pending court case in india, will i be able to leave india to study in a foreign country? i have a fir registered under section 67b of IT act 2000 and it will be cbi vs me. my proceeding starts from april or may 2025 btw. so before that can i get visa and leave india to study and come back whenever my trial dates approaches.

There will certainly be difficulties for you, however, it is not impossible to manage. Have you tried for a quashing action of the case? Yes it's possible but first you will use tourist visa then indian govt allow you for student visa because first you show your record for your better character & tourist visa allow for taking the admission procedure of the college or university high court allow it.

on the above mentioned query the answer is yes, but after getting concerned court permission. after getting permission you can apply for visa. without permission when you apply for visa, the concerned officials investigate and approach police officials and after getting information, they reject the application and inform the concerned court for the act

yes the criminal record will be there so they will search if they want to obtain the passport so there are some provisions by which he can get the visa and leave india so the fir will be revoked so that you can leave for studies

a pending criminal case is always a hindrance for anyone wanting to travel abroad. When you apply for study visa you need to disclose these facts mostly in all countries whether there is any pending case against you.
