hello client as i can see ur issue is really veey serious as you said anticepatory bailbis been applied by the accused . yes tgere are chances tht baio may be granted bybthe high court. as charge sheetbhas not been filled . so if you want tht bail should not be granted to the accused party then we have stand in court by your own advocate .

Attempt to commit culpable homicide PLUS causing grievous hurt is a serious offence and punished with imprisonment which may extend to seven years. So there is less possibility of the accused persons getting bail even in HC. And if the HC rejects their Anticipatory Bail they can’t claim it from district court.

Absolutely not he can go to the High Court for anticipatory bail before the chart sheet is filed. Now the Charysheet has been filed, the accused will not get any relief from the High Court.

the accused persons have their own right to move for bail or anticipatory bail even after charge sheet has been filed, however as to whether they may be granted bail or not, cannot be ascertained absence of examination of the document such as the FIR, the, police report containing the statements of the victim and the witnesses if any the medical report etc. however how's the complainant can oppose the for bail or anticipatory bail . pls share the relevant documents for proper legal advice .
