the accused persons have their own right to move for bail or anticipatory bail even after charge sheet has been filed, however as to whether they may be granted bail or not, cannot be ascertained absence of examination of the document such as the FIR, the, police report containing the statements of the victim and the witnesses if any the medical report etc. however how's the complainant can oppose the for bail or anticipatory bail . pls share the relevant documents for proper legal advice .

Q: Neighbour tried to bully my family with threats and physical assault.

My neighbour is a bit rude and acts like a goon....they threatened my family to beating.....they hit my family members with stick and gave open threats that they kidnap my family members. He is a lawyer himself at allahabad high court. How we should deal with it?

You cannot do anything about the behaviour of your neighbours, however if anyone may it be your neighbours or any other person commits some offence as is mentioned in your query that your neighbour threatened you and hit your family with sticks, for that you can get a police complaint lodged at the nearest Police Station. The complaint shall bear all the details such as place, time, date of incident, the exact version that led to the occurrence of the offence and that manner in which it was committed. Don't be too elaborate in your complaint, the same should be precise and accurately carring all the details of the incident and persons involved.
