Issued arrest warrant and now can I look for defamation case

Court ne galat tarike se mere upar arrest warrant issue kar Diya tha. Baad Mai ye pata chala ki arrest warrant hi nahi Banta hai. To kya ab mai dusre party par defamation ka case kar sakta hu.

With defamation,you can also lodge a case of malicious prosecution which according to section 211 of IPC - false charge of offence made with intent to cause or injure any person without any lawful ground. For further clarification, feel free to reach me
