Is taking bail mandatory for the accused to get the vehicle


25-Feb-2024 (In Criminal Law)
Police lodged FIR u/s 279 and 338. Police did not arrest the accused but seized the car. Now question is "to get the vehicle released from the court, taking bail is mandatory?"

In case of an accident, it is mandatory for the court to first bail the accused and only then the court will release himThe court will not release the driver without bail, this has now come in accordance with the Amendment Motor Vehicle Act

Hi dear good evening. this offense is motor vehicle High speed running due to wrong drive exident the individual cam be death. 6 month+2yer imprisonment to vechal Driver. you can call me for further process regarding release of vechal etc please. Ajay Pratap Singh Advocate from Lucknow.
