IPC 377. Threat,....,.................................................

On Jun 24 2023 , one person called me after chatting on Grindr, I went to his flat, third person make our video. Now that threaten me to file case in IPC 377 and demanding money . I don't know what to do. There is nothing physical relationship in videos we are sitting saperate but in nude condition. I don't know what to do please suggest

aap kahan se baat kar rahe hain aur abhi tak aapane kitne paise usko De Diye Hain Agar paise De Diye to uski detail vagaira aap mujhe provide Kariye aur main uski complaint Karta Hai sambandhit adhikariyon ko Jyada Jankari Diye aap mujhe call kar sakte hain

Don’t worry. Let him file the FIR. Don’t get black mailed. You also file a complaint against the threatening person. No one can be restrained to lodge any Compliant and you also not restrained for the same.

on the above mentioned query please file immediately a FIR against them under section 420, 120 b IPC and section 66 of Information technology act: in the concerned nearest police station. and please mention that all the person meet through grinder app
