फ़र्ज़ी 376दो गैंग रेप केस मे समझौता हो सकता है क़्या। अगर उसमे 3 लोग का नाम है fir मे लेकिन 1 की ही गिरफ़्तारी हो चुकी है 1 साल से बाकि के 2 का पता नहीं चल पाया है कौन थे। क़्या ऐसे केस मे समझौता हो सकता है क़्या।
376 D mien samjhauta nhi ho sakta hai yadi jail mien hain ya jail hone Wali Hai to hum agrim jamanat ya jail mien hain to jamanat ke liye yachika Dakhil kar sakte hain vistrit jaankari ke liye call karke sampark karo

No , there cannot be a compromise in case of 376 . the quashing of FIR can only be done by High court .
The allahabad High court has stated a recent judgement on the basis of a case Narinder singh vs state of Punjab that such crime is not to be treated as private dispute since they have adverse affect on societies as well.
