i paid insurance premium but insurance policy not generated till yet its 45 days and in that period my father hospitalized and now he is no more , now what about my hospital expenses

अगर इंसोरेंस कंपनी पॉलिसी जेनरेट नही कर रही है तो आप, उपभोक्ता फॉर्म जा सकते हैं, जहां आपको रिलीफ मिल सकती है। या 482 सीआरपीसी में उच्च न्यायालय भी जा सकते है। उच्च न्यायालय भी आपको रिलीफ दे सकता है। इंसोरेंस कंपनी को पॉलिसी देनी होगी तत्काल
