Sir, is there any law for a guy who touches you without your consent, not sexual touching but casual one, like on hand, but without consent?

if any male person touch you without consent but intentionally it's punishable offence. but if he touch without intention or by fault then it's not a offence. like in a craud like bus a lot passengers touches hands then it's not punishable offence. but if someone touch again and again it's called punishable.
