in a wrong pasco criminal case on senior teacher of schedule caste

Wrong pasco case (for boy) was imposed on senior schedule caste teacher so that he can not be promoted to principal post in Hathras UP. He went high court Allahabad where he got stay after several blank dates. After several date high court order for final judgment with six week from that order, but till date case has not listed for hearing. Teacher got suspended after two days of above stay in high court. Again he went high court. It is not listing for bahas since several months. What to do?

It is the responsibility of your council to list in the by means of an application. Only with the argument in the court you will get relief. Once it comes in the court, you have to produce your grievance and seek relief. And once you get the order produce it with concerned department and rejoin the department. The nomenclature of your submissions elucidate that there are myriad barricades because of the animosity proliferated upon a man because of his being Scheduled Caste. If your advocate has reiterated, then too, your application or the date or the case which is to be taken up is not being taken up, you need to file a listing application in the concerned court for the matter to be heard expediously.

senior teacher prosecuted under pocso act. As per your statement senior teacher had charged in a false case for refraining him from the promotion of the principal. your statement that may be conspiracy behind of this crime. in my opinion, you should file an expedite application for hearing of this writ /application or defer the selection process and also completion of the investigation. he can also file an application before the Hon'ble High court to defer the selection of the principal till the filing of the final report in the matter by the police. or disposal of writs whichever is earlier.

Dear Client, You should approach the Supreme Court to expedite your High Court case by way Special Leave Petition, then Supreme Court will direct to the High Court about expeditious disposal of your pending case.
