you can file recovery application of CRPC 125 3 before the honble family court. court will order your remaining amount.. if your husband not pay court will issue warrent. If a husband has contracted marriage with another woman or keeps a mistress, it shall be considered to be just ground for his wife' s refusal to live with him

Hi,nI would like to know the Indian Marriage Law that while the wife has an ex-marital affair with evidence and has possession of the gold jewelry given by the husband's family for use. Can it be legally recovered from the wife as she broke the trust and relationship as well as if this kind of behavior is allowed by law then it is utterly unfair to the husband, isn't it? If anyone can provide any court judgment that would be really appriciated.

ex. marital affair not a crime but you can get divorce. In the case of adultery, there will be no Alimony. It should be proven to the court that one of the spouses is unfaithful. If the marriage is over quickly, there will be no or little alimony. if you have any evidence against your wife. you can get divorce. adultery could be used as a reason for divorce. However, under the new no-fault divorce rules, there is no longer any need to provide a reason for your divorce. While this doesn't change how hurtful adultery can be, it does make the process of getting a divorce much simpler

yes you can get divorce hindi marriage Act section 13 a and mutually 13 b. and you can logged fir ipc, 498a , 323,ext. if any quary contact us. if the Husband deserted wife for more than 2 years, a Divorce Petition under Section 13(1)(i)(ib) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 can be filed to get Divorce from the Party. A Separate affidavit need to be filed with the Divorce petition

yes you can file divorce petition Section 13 a in The Hindu Marriage Act, 195513 Divorce. —(1) Any marriage solemnised, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, may, on a petition presented by either the husband or the wife, be dissolved by a decree of divorce on the ground that the other party—16 [(i) has, after the solemnisation of the marriage, had voluntary sexual intercourse with any person other than his or her spouse; or]16 [(ia) has, after the solemnisation of the marriage, treated the petitioner with cruelty; or]16 [(ib) has deserted the petitioner for a continuous period of not less than two years immediately preceding the presentation of the petition; or](ii) has ceased to be a Hindu by conversion to another religion; or17 [(iii) has been incurably of unsound mind, or has been suffering continuously or intermittently from mental disorder of such a kind and to such an extent that the petitioner cannot reasonably be expected to live with the respondent.
