If I want to make writ petitions in high court how can it will done'

Well, in order to file a Writ Petition in High Court, you have to first figure out - Whether you want to file a Civil Writ Petition or a Criminal one? You also have to figure out - Whether any of your Fundamental Rights have got violated or not yet by the concerned State Authority?
