I deposited inr 3,90,000 stamp duty online to revenie departmemt Haryana. But one imdividial clerk at faridabad used my money for registering some other property at Faridaabad, Haryana.

Greetings for the day, In this situation wherein some other property has been registered through your stamp paper which were purchased by you for amount of 3,90,000/- you must approach the court to take action against that clerk.

hello as you describe your matter that you deposit money in revenue department but one clerk misuses your amount and registered another property then you can file case of cheating and fraud against that clerk for further help you can contact with me. advocate Jitender Singh

You can lodge a police complaint under section 405 criminal breach of trust , 416- cheating and 420 fraud against the clerk. It is a non bailable offence. For further assistance feel free to reach me. Thanks
