Q: Can I put a dowry case in Chennai and a divorce case at the city I got

I got married in a different city. But My lawyer and my in-laws are in Chennai. They have my dowry and my jewelry and are refusing to give it back even after I asked it from them multiple times. My lawyer did send a divorce notice for marriage annulment because my husband and I never consummated a marriage due to his medical impotency. Can I file for dowry harassment and domestic violence in Chennai separately and then proceed with my divorce in the other city? Can we make 2 separate case?

Q: Cash in lieu of gold jewellery

Sir,My ex-husband wanted to give new jewellery since he has sold my old jewellery which was given during marriage. But he is insisting 1) He will make the jewellery as per 2006 gold rate because it's the same year the gold jewellery was made. 2) Or he will pay me equivalent to that as per the gold rate which was on 2006.I wanted to know is this correct to do on his part?

Father gave a self earned property to me through registed gift deed in trichy tamil nadu. after that property ,water tax, EB service patta are changed to my name. My brother lived in permissive possestion . Now he is not vacating . One person told about Ejectment suit. where i can find Ejectment suit details in CPC, Ejectment suit or recovery of possession , which is possible

Q: Power agent can go for work to abroad

We have family property case from last 30 year my father is expired so myself and my sister and mom names arenow add in the case. My mom and 2 sisters are given power to me for the case the same is submitted to court but now I have job offer outside India if I go outside India it may have any problem to me or this case.
