Kya ipc 354 me same day bail mil jaati hai.........................................................?

Interim bail can be granted if your case is based upon merits. However final bail needs the status report being filed by the police and also awaits the investigation report. Therefore it can not be granted on the first day. For any further query feel free to contact Thanks

that totally depends on all the sections police has framed charges in their FIR if it is only 354 then it is a bailable section and you will get bail on the same day. but if there are other sections as well then you have to be more cautious regards advocate jatin raheja

354 is a non-bailable offence and bail is not granted at the police station. You have to approach the Metropolitan Magistrate for it by filing an application for bail through a counsel. You can be granted bail on the same day when the application is heard.
