How to prove innocence in a false dowry and harassment case

I got engaged to a girl from Delhi. We had 4 months time between marriage & I refused for marriage 1.5 months before. After which they have falsely accused me in sec 354 & dowry act. They have blamed that I've forcibly kissed a girl while we were going to market in ola & said its alright we are going to get Married in few days. Also, I've touched her in the wrong intention while taking selfies. And, after coming home me & my family demanded 5 lacs & which they refused to pay & I then refused for marriage. Also, they said they have paid 2 lacs for which they have given incorrect proof Kindly suggest what shall I do?

Dear client,

Firstly get the bail from the court and Police can arrest u.After that pls file Complaint against the girl and her parents.You have option to file defamation case against the girl and her parents.Dear client if u need any clarification u can contact me and I m happy to help u.

I have read Ur case as per you view you have been falsly implicated in harrassment case of understanding section 354 IPC and 498a IPC with out and actual proof they are implicating false charges on you just because you have refused the marriage before 1.5 month of marriage in this case you have to fight the case and preserve urself and Ur family from this over all falsly implicated case. You should immediately file case against them so they should get lesson .

Hi first of all file a fir where the complain where u would right everything in the fir tel the case and everything where u would tell that how u would be harassed and all tell the Police and all show the proof and all where it would be proof that u don’t have to pay anything to them and they are falsely harassing u and all
