hello sir/madam, kisi ldki ne 6 saal ke relation ko shadhi ka jansa dekr relationship bta kr rep ka case lga diya . lekin isme koi shadi ka jansa nhi tha or ldki ka kisi or ldke ke sath ristha ho gya tha or baad me ldke ka b rishta ho gya tha . jis din ldke ki shadi thi us din thane me jaker shadi rukva di or FIR krwa di .. isme bail ki posibilty kitni h .. or jhutha case cancel kse ho skta h ye ..
Yes, the FIR based on wrong facts can be quashed. This type of situation has been dealt by Supreme Court and many High Courts. You are not the first person with whom such thing has happened. Don't worry. In many cases Courts has ruled that shaadi ka jhansa is not a ground for proving rape.
