How to do settlement both complainent and accused are agreed.

11-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
The fir is lodged against me and my two friend in 2021 in IPC section 452, 504, 506 but police didn't arrest us and give bail on their behalf after two years in 2023 we got summon regarding case then we got to know in the chargesheet the ipc 452 get removed and only IPC 504 and 506 remains so we convinced complainent for settlement. So my question is how can we settle it and can we settle it before the first trail date also should we get bail or not ) Or can we settle case without getting bail.

Dear Client, If the complainant is ready for settlement, then you should quash the entire proceedings as per the Supreme Court Judgment Bhajan Lal herein. There is no need to get Bail or appearance before Court.

if you have convinced the accused for compromise you have to filed a joint compromise petition with the accused honorable court where your case is under trial. FIRST you should apply bail YOU WILL GET FROM THE COURT. you can file compromise petition without getting bail but it will be better that you should first get bail to save yourself from arresting

Hello... You both can file a compromise application in District Court then that proceedings will be filed in ALLAHABAD High court through 482 application and the Hon'ble Court will order that the compromise application be allowed and then the order will be submitted in the District Court and hence done... For more information you can call or text me....Thank You...
