How to deal with husband who married second time without divorce

My husband and his parents and his second wife family attack to me then I file the case in police station.we are in inter community love marriage and we have one daughter ten years old.we are separately lived in six years but in the six years four years some times he comes to my home. Up to may month also we are speaking in phone in that situation what can I do and do I file another case on my husband is it possible please guide me
