Sir, perused your query in details. First of all let me mention that the FIR does not contain the signature of the complainant. It is drawn by the Investigating Officer. However, the complaint letter contains the signature of the complainant and can be questioned while in evidence stage during cross examination. Please call for more details.

It is trial able case. You challange the signature in the complaint that the signature is fraud and the Court will appoint expart for verifying the signature. You can take steps and file case before Court of Law for having justice.

If the complainent do not challenge his/her signature u cannot challenge the signature . If the complainent denies the signature then only it can be challenged. But you have no right to challenge as per law.

MY OPINION THAT this allegation with full legal proof are very important evidence in the 498A case, you have multiple ways of legal process that you have challenge the signature signed by the complaint against you, contact with me.
