HinIm working as central government employee,nI have sent 10Lks to my sister in law from my bank AC to her AC in 2020 for purpose of purchasing of her land,bt,since it is on my own sister in law I didn't register on my name...ow,the Registration value of that land is 12 lakhsnMy doubt is...Can I give her remaining 2 lakhs and register it on name and report it to my department for Prior Approval sir??nKindly clarify sir pls

Actually the price of the property was fixed at 10 lakhs by the parties and full sale price has already been paid by you to your sister in law. The sale value of the property that will be entered in the sale deed depends on the guideline value and the recently registered value of a property in that area. Accordingly you will pay for registration. However you do not need to pay any extra amount to your sister in law.

actually you are making a binami transaction and purchasing the property in the name of your sister in law once you have given your money to your sister in law and the property is purchased in her name and your sister in law will be the absolute owner of the property you cannot claim any right in the properties if you are showing the property the legal money transfer to your sister in law then why not you can purchase the property in your own name and after purchasing the property in your name you can give the details to the government that it was purchased by the legally earned money
