Hi sir/mamnLast night my ex employee naveen ..who was drunk too, started to hitting everyone without any reason..and when he noticed me he start to abused me for no reason. Talk nonsense and rubbish about my religion too...but i did not react..and went back to my office...then after 1 hour naveen suddenly called me ..he was screaming on phone abusing me again and again then he hund up the phone...after few hours one of naveen my my mutual friend shows me a complaint filed in mehrauli police station..but shocking matter is that now he's family is also supporting him..aveen use his sister for fake complaint...that i threatened him and his sister mother..and harrassing his sister too..What should i do now sir..pls help me

hello client as i can see your issue is a matter of harrasment by the way of fake allegations and fake complaints in police station in this matter you need to take immidiate legal steps to save yourself from any unwanted legal trouble to you so you need to take immidiate steps and move to court with defamation as well as criminal complaint against mr naveen who is trying to harras you anf send him behif the bars

Dear client In case there has a been a false case registered (FIR lodged) you need to first get an anticipatory bail to protect you from arrest. You also need to get the false case quashed from the high court. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further

You should also lodge an FIR against him for harassing you and passing vulgar comments upon you in mehrauli police station. I have dealt with police officials in Mehrauli Police Station. If you need my assistance, you may consult me regarding it.

okay first of all don't panic what he is doing is obviously out of some frustration and revenge...so try to understand that secondly if he has filed an FiR against you in such a case police will call you....to talk to you about the matter and if it would not be resolved at an initial stage then they would forward the same to the MM. important thing is what are the allegations and sections they have put against you

You need to put your phone in recording mode, every time he abuse or threats you I need to do video or audio recording ! You need to hire expert advocate to draft your complaint n move the same to concerned police station ‘ Thanks n b in touch
