Hi. My mobile was snatched 3 years back in Delhi. I filed a FIR then but since then nothing happened until today when I have received a court summons. Do I need to go or what should I do? I don't even live in Delhi now.

If you have received a summons then you have to appear before the court either personally or through your pleader. The police must have recovered your mobile that was lost 3 years ago. You need not worry it’s just to verify that the stolen property belongs to you or not. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes you should definitely go to court and find out what is the reason that court has summoned you. You can appear through your lawyer or you can appear virtually. They might want to close your FIR, therefore you better attend
