A petition under Section 482 of CrPC mail Will have to be filed in the respective High Court.

Please share more details of the Offences registered against you in the FIR so that I can go into more details and also inform you of the expenses so involved.

Specify the offence and state where FIR is registered then only can be guided about fees and how to proceed... we can guide you with lawyers all over India but first need to know offence minimum fees for high court quashing starts from 40000 onwards depending on state and lawyer standing in the bar

the process is you have to engage an advocate, provide him all the information, he will get the quashing petition ready, you have to sign the relevant papers required for filing quashing petition prepared by advocate, he will file and first try to obtain stay order on further investigation and then the opposite side advocate prosecutor will appear and submit his case, your advocate will argue your case, if the court finds merits in your case the fir will be quashed. normally fees are dependent on advocate and facts and circumstances of the case, but on an average the fees ranges from 25k atleast to any amount, depending on facts and advocate you choose.
