Hello, nI was in relationship with a girl last six years, recently she did police complain against me. When i came to know she was sexually engaged 3-4 guys including cousin i abused her. She also abused me a lot. I know two guys she did cheated them too. She and her's friend work as a professional gang. nnPlease suggest way to counter her complain. Whether she can file rape case against me? please suggest.

Yes she can file any type of complaint against you. the laws in are country women centric. you should also file a police complaint against her. Moreover, your case can be defended very easily as many courts have dealt with the cases with similar facts which are in your favor.

You should immediately approach the police station of your area and register a FIR against such people who tries to fetch out money from innocent people. You can also jointly include the two guys also with whom she had cheated and record their statements before the police. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

see first of all you need to relax....even if she abused you or you abused her .. it is not a crime...as far as countering her complaint is concerned then yes definitely you can counter her complaint but for that you have to tell under what section she has filed the complaint...also it is possible she accuses you of rape as it is very common nowadays girls do that but even if she does she will not be able to prove the same if the same is not supported with medical
