Got deported from US for fraudelent documents

I work in a IT company in Noida for past 6 years. I was travelling to US on B1 VISA for company related work. But My Company gave me a fake ticket of 1 month of return (without my knowledge) to show to Custom/Immigration officer of US. US Officer found that it is fake ticket and he deported me for using fraud documents and cancelled my B1 visa. What Legal action can I take against my Company for all my loss and humiliation?
You can register an FIR against the company for commiting the act of forgery and criminal defamation along with the civil case for defamation for damages and harm to your reputation , please feel free for any clarifications

You can definitely take criminal as well as civil remedy against your company as its a clear fraud ,cheating,misrepresentation,criminal breach of trust and intentional act .Therefore an FIR can be lodged and even a civil case seeking for damages and defamation can be filed simultaneously in the court of your competent jurisdiction.

Hi, do you have any proof that fake ticket is issued by your company to you ? You can take legal action against your company to play with your career. You may also go for claiming compensation for the damages. Rest , pls try to meet personally with all the valid details.

You should file a criminal case against the company and responsible directors / persons for fraud & cheating asking court to punish them. At later stage when they are booked you may compromise after getting compensation if you want so. U may call me as I am advocate from noida district court for help in case of need.
