Girlfriend cased on boyfriend saying he promised to marry.

They both had physical. But now bf doesn't want to live with her because she crossed the limit and said abusive things about his family now gf is filing case against bf. What is the solution for this. And all information related to the case.

You'll be in big trouble if she files false cases against you. The solution is to proceed with proper planning else you will be in jail for at least 3-4 months till you get bail and will have to fight cases for atleast 4-5 years. Apply for anticipatory bail if FIR is registered if the offences registered are of serious nature which I think they are .After getting anticipatory bail u can file 482 petition for quashing of FIR Both the proceedings will be done in High court . Contact me for further help.

If GF lodged false FIR on the ground of pretext of Marriage you can file quashing of FIR application before concern High Court , and if she threaten you for lodging false FIR you filed a complaint against your gf

firstly file for an anticipatory bail before the sessions court and seek for a relief that you are being falsely implicated in the case. after that also file for a quashment of the FIR, if the police have registered FIR on the grounds that you were in a friendly relationship before and now after breakup she is harassing you and abusing the process of law.
