Sir i want to ask the police arrest me on present in a game tournament of online game Name pubg which held by someone on entry fees was 60 per person and prize was 15000 so the police filed the case against the arrest person on the tournament.And 2 days of jail i get bail. So my question how to get free From these case as i am studying in final year electronic and communication Engineering ...
If any primafacie case is not at all established in the FIR and you are innocent you can file a case for quashing under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure and if it is allowed the criminal case will come to an end and you shall not have to wait for years till the criminal trial is finished.
