Most probably, nope unregistered and forged will or bequath or any codicil that has been submitted in the court, moreover, the matter is subjucide, the court is yet to come to a conclusion, but apart from fir, there is an alternative remedy available for you

As you told that any of your family member has filed an unregistered bill in the court for the purpose of taking benefit but no stay order has been passed by the honorable court on the basis of that savings. Now your question is whether you can make that will. Against the oneYou want to file a police report against him, but until any will is canceled by the competent court, it is very difficult to file a police report against him

when any forged document file in the court. FIR cannot be loaded accused for filing the forged will in the court because the same has become the property of the court and can only take decision on the force paper. you have to file an application for the Hon'ble Court and request them to take panel action against the person who has submitted forged will before The Hon'ble Court.
