Whoever commits extortion by putting any person in fear of death or of grievous hurt to that person or to any other, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine. Normally that kind of Bail has been granted by the High Court and High Court will take 15 days time.

Session court se Agar trial ke baad nhi jamanat hote hai toh yeh masala amenable hai high court me entertain hone ke liye...high court me jamanat hoo jaege..most probably and moreover,it's the tact of an advocate as well
