FIR can be quashed by the High Court on the basis of settlement or on merits of the case. Since your case matter has proceeded for chargesheet also so we can file for quashing of the entire matter in High Court based upon the real reason for it. Feel free to contact Thanks

If you arrived at a settlement or if you have genuine proof that your FIR is false then you can go toh High Court for quashing of your FIR . Then the high court will seek reply of the other party and after hearing them & if found satisfactory will order quashing of FIR

The FIR can only be quashed and the power to do the same lies only with the high court. So you need to approach the court with the true typed and true translated copy of the FIR and other documents and apply for the same. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
