FIR filler bns 109 and now the accused gotta bail

Due to a verbal disagreement with owner of my company, she had sent her driver to hit us with his car from behind and tried milling me and my Husband in a flyover. I have filled a FIR bns 109. Cops couldn't catch them, as they have absconded the city. Its been 15 days and now the have got bail bnss 482. Now she is threatening using whatsapp status. What is the next step should I take?

if you have got the what's up messages you can file another complaint under cyber crime in cyber crime police station and you can also file an application to cancell their bail as the bail will be granted on conditions, hence threatening will violate the bail condition and hence the bail granted can be cancelled by court.

You apply for cancellation of bail, under Section 483(3) of the BNSS or other proceedings filed seeking cancellation of bail before the same court which granted bail, and upon cancellation of bail court will order police to take accused into judicial custody
