Filled for cheating but feel that FIR is weakened, what to do

Sir/Ma’am My father has made nominee to my mothers sister as there was no one in the family alive expect me only on basis of trust. After the death of my father, she has withdrawal amount close to 30 Lakhs as a nominee and absconded. She had given wrong declaration to bank stating her as only legal heir left in family and all the amount was rtgs to her I already hv a degree from civil court I though court has filed FIR against her u/s 420, 468 , 417, 34, she recently got a anticipatory bail . Now when I met the police I hv full doights that they will weaken the chargesheet I want to know Ways to ensure chargesheet is strong And How to add further sec 406 to my current FIR Kindly suggest

F.I.R is not the final piece of evidence. It is only the first complaint on the basis of which investigation is started. You can support your claim by producing evidence and witnesses. There is no legal method of strengthening chargesheet as that depends upon the police’s investigation
