Filed under 376, 417, 34 and Atrocities on me and my family By my own girlfriend when my family & me denyed for marriage because of her own mistakes and behaviour. What is the best way to get out from this case .
Firstly you need to take bail in order to avoid arrests and derention from the Investigating Authorities. If the case is base less then we can approach High Court and quash the FIR itself. I need copy of FIR to advise more effectively.

Sir, you have to lodge counter complaint through your mother against your girl friend and her parents with alleging that the threat, abuse and assult, make it FIR against your girl friend then only she will have chance to come for compromise. Apart from this you must contest the matter with strong reason.
