If anyone body try to disturb my business and aggressive against me and the person is within close proximity and if I make a first move to hit him and injure him, will this be considered self-defense.
1. self defence is considered by the court, but it must understand the gravity of offence and seriousness of self defence
2. the self defence must be equal to offence
3. the counter case can also be filed from your side

okay I understand your questions so of he is take any legal action againest you. you can take legal action againest him also like counter complaint you can. ladge at police station and you have to revel the senario so you can fight with. him if she filed amy. case againest him. like lodge FIR only otherwise he is not doing any thing and if he is your claint je said bad service may be file consumer case that's all .
