Fiance is looking for a new bride without breaking the engagement

31-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Goodmorning Few months back I got engaged. He is a permanent resident of Canada . After engagement he asked me to come to Canada by my own or on study basis . He denied for spouse visa after marriage . My family told their family that we can’t send our daughter without spouse visa. Without breaking the engagement they started looking for another girl on a matrimonial website. When my friend was searching a groom for herself , she saw his profile . What legal proceedings I can do?

Hello client I have read Ur query as per your issue u have got the engagement confirmed by a person. Who is PR of Canada and after engagement the boys and his family members requested the girls family to send the girl to Canada ok students visa instead of dependent visa from the boys side for Canada after your family refused for student visa and said for spouse dependent visa. Should be sent for after this incident they without even informing started searching for new match for there son without braking the engagement confirmed even in this condition you can file a criminal case on these people due to which they have to even go to jail and suffer a punishment for there wrong doing.
