I got married in 2015 after 1 year my wife went to his father house and never returns it's 14 months now. I visited her home many times to take her back home but she refused . Not she don't even answers my call and messages. What is the procedure to send legal notice to wife to come back home?, what to do if wife not coming home?, I am a Sikh

Dear Sir Please meet her try to understand her problem , why she refused to return back , discuss with her parents , she still issue not resolved than You can submit application for conciliation with mediation center of your area , there counciler will try to understand both of you an dput efforts for your patchup. Or You can file petition u/s 9 of Hindu Marriage ACT to bring you wife back.



Q: DOB Correction case is pending and can I apply for job

My LPA case for correction of dob(date of birth) in 10th marksheet(CBSE) is pending in high court. I have just completed my graduation. I will apply for various private sector jobs in MNCs and startups companies. For now on, I have to register dob to company as per 10th marksheet because in company we have to show 10th marksheet. If in future, High court orders CBSE to correct dob in my 10th marksheet as per birth certificate, then will company correct my dob in their records or this doesn't matter to companies? And what if I will apply for govt. jobs? Please help

You can submit your correct Date of Birth along with court filed case details, and tell them it will get ratified after court interference , so this is your correct date of Birth. If company ask to fill as per certificate than go as per their rule.



Q: Fiance is looking for a new bride without breaking the engagement

Goodmorning Few months back I got engaged. He is a permanent resident of Canada . After engagement he asked me to come to Canada by my own or on study basis . He denied for spouse visa after marriage . My family told their family that we can’t send our daughter without spouse visa. Without breaking the engagement they started looking for another girl on a matrimonial website. When my friend was searching a groom for herself , she saw his profile . What legal proceedings I can do?

Q: Friendly loan given how to recover it now

I transferred 1.45lkh rs through neft to my friend. Apart from this I've no proof. When I asked him to return, he send me a picture of hand written cheque of 1lkh stating that it was an neft cheque and soon the amount get credit in my account but it was nothing he want more time. I do not know if that picture can be used as a proof. Now I sent a legal notice to his place but it could not delivered as the speed post status flashing door locked. Now what should I do, should I send a Xerox of notice by courier or some other means or wait the same speed post to be delivered back to origin and again send it by speed post? One more thing, The legal notice, it have to be in original or the Xerox will do also good?
