Every lawyer holds different fees as per their experience and knowledge. You can hire an advocate for yourself as per your convenience whether you can pay such amounts to the advocate or not. Thanks

The charges for engaging an advocate in civil or criminal cases depend on factors such as the complexity of the case, the advocate's experience, and the court's jurisdiction. To determine if an advocate’s fees are genuine, it’s advisable to compare charges from multiple lawyers, ask for a detailed written fee agreement, and ensure transparency in payment terms. It’s also important to balance the advocate’s experience with the fees they charge to ensure you’re getting value for the representation provided.

There is no fixed fee / charges for any advocate either for civil or criminal cases. Fees vary from advocate to advocate and from case to case. It's suggested to focus on the quality of advocate and to get the best possible advocate who can fight your case as per your paying capacity. There is no hard and fast rule.

It really depends on the facts and circumstances of the case, the work required, the stage of the case, the level of the court, experience of the lawyer and your paying capacity. It is not possible to state a particular amount. Feel free to reach out for further assistance.
