False rape case on promise of marriage

Hello sir 5 year ago i was in physical relationship with a divorced lady. We were in love and having consensual sex. From last 3 years we haven't meet with each other except through telephonic and social media. After i am getting a government job she forced me to marry with her,but my family denied.. Basically reason is she is divorced 8 year older than me and belongs to lower caste. She filed a rape case on me on a fake promise of marriage. I was arrested and out on bail from lower court. Is there any possibility of getting discharge from this rape case... I am very frustrated.

hello client as you are saying tht you have been allegated with a false rape case. by a lower cast lady with whom you are in relationship 5 years ago and after tht you are not in touch with her .but when she came to know tht you are going to get government job she start forcing you for marriage but you family denied as she belongs to lower cast but due to this annimity she lodged an FIR of 376 IPC and now I have got the bail on this matter you have to defend your case then only you can come out of the matter.
