False police complaint filed against me

I had filed a Whistle blower complaint and the accused company filed a false police complaint against me. Although i have given all evidences to the police they are not acting on closing the complaint nor are they taking action against the company

You have to approach higher authorities to initiate action against the Company as you have provided all the necessary documents. The Police might be in good books with that company people. You must continue your struggle for future healthy society.

You can file PCR , private criminal complaint before Majistrste court in this issue. The majistrste will register the complaint and direct the police to register FIR against the wrong doer and take action . Please contact for further action
