MYSELF SUGGEST YOU TO QUASH THE FIR OR MENTION THAT TYPING ERROR WAS SEEN DURING FIR REGISTRATION IN FIR ITSELF SO THAT FIR CORRECTION MAY BE DONE. USUALLY MINOR ERROR CAN BE EXEMTED BY THE COURT BUT NOT THE MAJOR ON BASIS OF SEVERE ISSUES OF CASES OF CRIMINAL MATTER. THANK YOU. ADVOCATE SUBODH INGOLE.
