MYSELF SUGGEST YOU TO QUASH THE FIR OR MENTION THAT TYPING ERROR WAS SEEN DURING FIR REGISTRATION IN FIR ITSELF SO THAT FIR CORRECTION MAY BE DONE. USUALLY MINOR ERROR CAN BE EXEMTED BY THE COURT BUT NOT THE MAJOR ON BASIS OF SEVERE ISSUES OF CASES OF CRIMINAL MATTER.

You have to go for quashing of the fir before high court and accordingly you can raise concern about your issue while deciding the quashing of the FIR and accordingly can challenge the relevant issue there before the high court and high court will take action against the police
