false case of 324 & 325 IPC against my parents what to do

on 24th april 2016 my cousions attacked my mother & father in which they broke my mother's hand & several injuries to my father then we approached police after medical police registered case under 324 & 325 ipc section but opposition also managed to make false medical reports so police registered same 324 & 325 against us But my parents did nothing we are living in the city they went to village for some work on that but they attacked with lathis & sticks i want to know how can i challenge his false medical reports in the court please let me know

324 325 आईपीसी का जो आप आरोप लगाया गया है वह मेडिकल रिपोर्ट के आधार पर लगाया गया है जब तक वह मेडिकल रिपोर्ट नहीं देखी जाएगी तब तक नहीं बता पाएंगे कि आप के विरुद्ध 325 या 324 आईपीसी का आरोप बनता है कि नहीं मेडिकल रिपोर्ट से ही यह पता लग सकता है की आप की आप की उस मेडिकल रिपोर्ट में किस धारा का आरोप आपके विरुद्ध बनता है अगर डॉक्टर ने फर्जी मेडिकल रिपोर्ट भी बनाई है तो कोर्ट में आकर वही बयान देगा जोश मटका रिपोर्ट में अंकित है कि कृपया करके अपनी मेडिकल रिपोर्ट प्रेषित करें जिससे पता लग सके कि आपके विरुद्ध आरोप बनता है कि नहीं

You can prove the medical report or the case filed by your cousin as false in evidence and cross examination which shall be done by your Advocate from your cousin and the doctor who has prepared the medical report. Pls engage a good criminal lawyer who can handle your case.

it would depend on what stage your case is at, if there is only an FIR lodged against your parents then you can approach the High Court in a writ to quash the FIR or if it was a complaint case you can challenge it under 482 crpc, you should consult as advocate with all the information to get a sound legal advice.
