Q: CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION

In my case ,there are number of applicants , from those two bails had been rejected in other court , one has been approved by other , I am the one who is innocent and applied for bail. Learned A.A.G is personally taking interest in this case and not letting us to move forward or getting bail. Learned A.A.G has file a counter against us and didn't provide the copy of it as he said that you will get the copy at the time of hearing date only . Is this legal ? My applicant is itself a advocate but has been framed by someone . It's been five months since applicant is in jail . The bail is easy but learned A.A.G is getting into this . I don't know what to do and how to make it possible.

Hi sir ,My brother got arrested by corrupt police under section 409, 420 .By giving false excuse that person is not helping police investigation they issye arrest warrant on it 15.12.18 and arrest my brother on dt 18.12.18 .My bail application is rejected by lower court so I decided to move on allahbad high court .After one month my bail application is accepted , on hearing date judge require some. Documents regarding case status and assign another date .Now only date is issue by court but no one hear due to high amount of case as the srno goes to 114 ...Please help ,how can they hear my bail application

Dear sir I am sandeep gupta from agra. I was filled a criminal case against a guy from delhi. He is doing money fraud with alot of persons in india. He is having passport and frquent flyer to abroad and he is having own house in poland. We all are worried if he escape in poland than how we find again.
