False case filed by daughter in law,how to prove innocence in court

18-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My daughter in law filed false 498A and dowrycase and DV. made false affidavits. Concealed employment and projected as home maker. EPFO confirmed her employment. at TCS and CMC limited. Court not quashing the complaiant though she made false swearing. Her versions inconsistent, police had made inconsistent charge sheet, protection officer made inconsistent DIR, contents in DIR not appearing in the complaint itself. We fear she may get court order of interim relief by fraud and as no copies given to us, so unknowingly we may lead to contempt of court, for non compliance. Our lawyer is in hands and gloves with other party. Multiple RTI applications to court and police also not given any responses

you must file a petition under section 340 of the CRPC that your wife has forged documents on oath and change your lawyer immediately to save yourself and need further details and papers to guide you better.

First thing first:Do changebur advocate as u urself has mentiond about the fact tht ur lawyer is in "hands and gloves with other party".
U should prefer a petition for non maintanaibility of the petitions filed by ur daughter in law.
Quashing is the last option.

Hello,
You ae being charge of Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Do not fear.
Firstly, you have file Anticipatory Bail before the Ld. Court of concerned jurisdiction to get released. Now a days, to get bail in this Section is very easy. After that face the trail or compromise and also file quashing application before Ld. Court of concerned jurisdiction or before Hon'ble High Court of the State.
Thank you.

You have made an aspersion about your lawyer openly, perhaps without any proof. You can't do this. If your allegation is true you can go to consumer forum for his misconduct. Any time you can change your lawyer. If, you have strong documentary evidence regarding your defence you will be succeed. But, you have to go through the procedure of the court. There is no short cut. Neither party's version is gospel truth before the court both are scrutinized by its due process.
