False and fabricated fir under ipc 447,506 police filed charge sheet

I and my brother has an agricultural land khasra no 279 that has not been divided and my brother was in possession of that whole land despite that police lodged an fir under ipc 447 how that is possible and very quickly within 2days charge sheet have been filed and court took cognizance issued summons what to do can I go fo further investigation under crpc 173(8) without bail

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that first you have to go for bail as trespass is made out and further allegations has to be seen by which you can demonstrate the land belongs to you by providing the details of your evidence for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

In fact after taking cognizance by the court the only way to surrender before the court and apply for bail. However it is also open to challenge the entire proceeding and go for quashing of charge sheet before High Court under section 482 of Cr.P.C.
