From your narration it appears that the case filed against you is motivated and intended to pressurize you due to your support to the widow. Since the daughter is a minor at the time of complaint, the allegations may be used to create false criminal liability. You should immediately apply for anticipatory bail to avoid arrest and contest the case on merits. Collect all evidence such as photos, tickets, witnesses from the amusement park to show there was no unlawful act. The background of property dispute and existing litigations will help establish mala fides and defend you effectively. Engage a local advocate to represent you and seek discharge at the appropriate stage.

This is a sensitive matter involving family property dispute issues . Criminal allegations and a new case filed against you . Take immediate anticipatory bail if FIR registered on you. Immediately consult a lawyer to defend the case filed by the daughter . Since she is 17 years old, the allegations may be taken seriously under POSCO or related provisions . Your defence should emphasize that there was no wrongful act . Show the case is false , motivated by property issues. Collect proof of your innocence , Keep distance from compliment family . Fight the property case separately .

From your description, your colleague’s family may be using the daughter’s complaint to counter your support in her partition and criminal cases. Since the girl is 17, her complaint is sensitive and may fall under POCSO if allegations involve misconduct. Such cases are taken very seriously, so your immediate step is to secure anticipatory bail if not already done, and prepare a strong defence showing false implication due to property disputes. Preserve proof of your genuine support role and absence of wrongful conduct.

Since the girl is a minor (17 years), her statement will be given importance, but court will also look into facts, circumstances, and delay in filing complaint (11 months later). If the allegations are false, it amounts to misuse of law to pressurize you and the widow. You can defend yourself strongly in court by producing proof of good conduct, absence of any improper act, and highlighting delay and motive behind complaint. If you are really innocent, I'll help you you have to engage an advocate immediately
