False agreement case for sale of crane

Accused made agreement for sale of crane and notarized before paying. We made 2 agrrement one in marathi and one in english. As we dont know marathi he insteaded on marathi. But for my safeguard i made one in english. In marathi he took advantage of no knowing language he mentioned payment done. While in english we have mentioned payment pending. Hed Ran away with original marathi agreement without paying. Agreement was made in Thane city. And he ran from Thane with Agreement. Our Crane was located in Latur and he forcefully took custody on basis of agreement. We have launch a written complaint in thane police. But no action and no fir on my complaint. I am planing to file a private complaint to thane magistrate for order to police for action and FIR. Will magistrate consider my complaint and ask police to act as cause of action (False Agreement) is done in Thane Jurisdiction.
