FALSE 498A CASE AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE

I AM HAVING MATRIMONIAL DISPUTE WITH WIFE. SHE WENT WITH HER FATHER IN MARCH 2017 AND DIDN.T CAME BACK. SHE FORCES ME TO LIVE SEPARATELY FROM MY PARENTS. AS I AM THE ONLY SON OF MY PARENT SO I CAN'T LEVE MY PARENTS. I DENIED THE ILLEGAL DEMANDS OF WIFE AND REUSED TO LEAVE MY PARENTS. IN LIEU SHE DENIED TO COME BACK MY HOME . AFTER THAT I FILED DIVORCE CASE IN JULY 2017. A FEW MONTHS LATER SHE FILED ALL FALSE CASES AGAINST ME AND MY FAMILY (498A,504,506,323, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE....AND MANY MORE).

if she has filed an FIR in counter blast of your divorce proceeding then you can challenge the impunged First Information Report Before Hon'ble High Court and Court may send the matter in the mediation centre and matter may get resolved through Mediation.

The High Court has the authority to quash a First Information Report (FIR) when a compromise is reached between the complainant and the accused. Both parties can jointly file a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), outlining the terms and conditions of the settlement.
